General

This website is owned and operated by 2U Di Sabrina Basante, with a registered address at Via Fosso SNC, Nicotera, VV, Italy.

By using our website, including access via other digital platforms, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions as legally binding. You also agree to comply with all additional policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our website.

Services Provided by 2U di Sabrina Basante

2U Digital offers high-level digital marketing consultancy and execution services for luxury brands and high-ticket businesses, including:

• Digital Strategy & Mentorship
• Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Web Design & Development (WordPress, Shopify)
• Ecommerce Strategy
• Branding & Visual Identity
• Marketing Automation & CRM
• Website Maintenance

Each service may have its own process, but we will keep you informed at every stage. To enable us to deliver effectively, we expect the Client to:

• Cooperate with 2U Digital and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Provide all relevant information required to deliver the service.
• Obtain all necessary permissions and licences.
• Adhere to any additional responsibilities outlined in our proposal or agreement.

2U Digital undertakes to:

• Perform services with due care and skill, following recognised industry standards.
• Keep all client information strictly confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

Working Hours

2U Digital operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm CET. We do not operate on weekends or public holidays unless agreed otherwise.

Communication Policy

We respect that our clients operate across time zones and platforms. We check and respond to emails twice a day and aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Messages received via social media or other platforms will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. All data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the GDPR.

Client data stored for the performance of services will be retained for a maximum of five years post-contract. Yearly reviews ensure removal of outdated information.

Fees and Commitments

• The service fee is billed monthly in advance with the corresponding European invoice (VAT not included).
• Professional fees do not include the advertising budget, which shall be covered entirely by the client.
• All creatives (photography, video content, and written descriptions) must be provided by the client.
• If a campaign is paused for reasons beyond 2U Digital’s control, the monthly fee shall remain due and payable.
• There is no required contract duration; however, 2U Digital strongly recommends a minimum commitment of six (6) months to ensure an effective Digital Marketing process.
• Should you wish to cancel the service, a 30-day written notice must be provided, and the current month must be fully paid.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed per project and will be outlined in your proposal. Invoices not paid on time may result in paused services. Late payments will incur an interest rate of 8% per annum or the legal maximum, whichever is lower.

Cancellations

Meetings or appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without such notice (unless due to exceptional circumstances) may incur a fee.

Termination Policy

Should the relationship between the client and 2U Digital become unworkable, either party reserves the right to terminate the contract. If termination occurs partway through a project, 2U Digital will be entitled to payment for work completed up to the termination date, provided no contractual breach has occurred.

Expenses

All reasonable expenses incurred by 2U Digital in the execution of services will be pre-approved and reimbursed by the Client.

Return of Property

Upon termination, all materials and confidential information belonging to either party must be returned or destroyed.

Subcontracting

We reserve the right to appoint subcontractors for certain tasks. All subcontractors are contractually bound to comply with data protection and confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual Property

All materials produced by 2U Digital are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised reproduction, resale or commercial use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

Service Contracts

Your service contract with us becomes effective upon acceptance of a proposal and/or issuance of an invoice. Ownership of deliverables is granted only upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2U Digital excludes liability for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits, business, revenue, or data

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Errors and Updates

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and to update our services or terms without notice.

Sale of Services

We may limit or refuse services to any person or region. Service descriptions and pricing may change without prior notice.

Refunds

We comply with EU consumer protection law. Any request for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Social Media

Interactions on social media are governed by platform-specific privacy and use policies. We encourage direct communication for sensitive matters.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Please refer to them regularly.

Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remainder shall remain valid.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the full agreement between you and 2U Digital. Any ambiguity shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.
